The current site has no registration, comments, or user submissions. This agreement primarily covers access to its public pages.
Permitted use
You may browse, read, print a personal copy, save links, and make limited quotations under the Terms of Use. Normal use of assistive technology, reader modes, translation tools, and personal content-management tools is welcome.
Prohibited use
Do not attack site security, distribute malicious code, impersonate FACET, evade access controls, or automate requests at a rate that materially reduces access for others. Do not remove source, date, or rights information and republish a misleading version.
Automated access
Search engines may crawl public pages according to robots.txt. Large-scale extraction, republication, or model-training use requires written permission and must respect applicable law and third-party source rights.
Restriction and change
We may reasonably restrict access that threatens security or violates this agreement. Site structure and features may change, but this agreement will not claim that nonexistent accounts or paid rights already exist.
